据《华夏时报》记者梳理，自2019年中旬以来，獐子岛开始陆续出售旗下的各类资产以及大幅度减少了海域养殖的规模。4月1日，獐子岛发布公告称，拟将控股子公司大连獐子岛中央冷藏物流有限公司（以下简称“中央冷藏”）75%股权转让给普冷国际物流（上海）有限公司（以下简称“普冷公司”）。本次股权转让的交易价格暂定为1.365亿元，待过渡期补偿款金额确定后调整。交易完成后，中央冷藏将不属于獐子岛控股子公司，本次交易后预计公司可回收流动资金约1.16亿元。
